The drawing has a sense of female empowerment at first glance. Her pose of looking into the distance displays a degree of certainty: she knows who she is and asserts it a quiet but assured way. The differentiating tones within her crown have been brilliantly shaded and heightens her royalty and femininity. I think the image would have been more stronger if you had included added the background shading to the rest of the area. I like how you've also added colour in only her eyes and lips, to me it emphasizes the fact that Cleopatra's beauty was eye catching to everyone.
